Onsite Apple Support
We primarily service Apple Mac computers and networks in the upper North Shore of Auckland, and provide insurance reports, however we can assist with onsite internet issues, router setups, email setups, connecting wifi printers etc.
We can also sometimes help remotely (if you have a live internet connection), and we sell parts also, and can fix some hardware issues.
Callouts start from just $98 including GST, which includes the first 20 minutes of labour, and includes the standard travel/callout fee (we come to your place) or courier charges when appropriate.
Unlike other companies, you don't have to worry about surprise fees from our service, we charge the $98 for the first 20 minutes $59 for every half hour afterwards, no sneakiness. Any additional travel costs (*see below) will be discussed in advance.
We provide realistic repair options, at reasonable prices. Not necessarily the cheapest, but we believe we are the best “value for money” as in, we take all things into consideration and never cut corners.
Sometimes where it takes longer than expected to solve a problem (as can certainly happen with computers) – we will generally wear the cost of this, and we'll only charge you for what we believe the job should fairly cost of the labour.
This saves you from the horror stories we hear about some of our competitors, who will continue charging – even where the cost of service work begins to meet or even exceed the cost of replacing the entire computer!

We have mobile EFTPOS machines, which take Visa, Mastercard, and EFTPOS debit cards.
STANDARD TRAVEL/CALLOUT
As we are based in Albany on Auckland's North Shore, the Standard Travel/Callout charge includes areas of the upper North Shore, including areas closer to the motorways from Takapuna central to Silverdale, during non-peak hours. As a guideline, this would include drive time of 20 mins or less from Albany Village.
* Depending on the job, we may be able to collect your machine for a cheaper repair cost, and courier it back to you, instead of returning to you in person at an additional cost.
ADDITIONAL TRAVEL/CALLOUT EXTRAS
Other areas of North Shore further away from the motorways, such as Birkenhead, Devonport, Orewa, Whangaparaoa or more country areas like Coatesville, Wainui, Waitoki etc, may incur additional costs at $20 per 10 mins for additional travel (* areas that are further than 20 mins from Albany Village).
Other areas of Auckland are negotiable for an additional travel/callout fee, such as Ponsonby, Grey Lynn, Eden Terrace areas for an additional $20, and other areas of Auckland would need to be confirmed based on location and time of travel.
Similarly, if you need us to come during peak hours (before 10:30am, or between 3:30pm and 6pm, this may also incur additional travel costs at $20 per 10 mins of additional travel.
